How can we move beyond simply “doing the pose” in Asana practice? Are we content to stay on the surface, or are we ready to dive deeper into the wisdom within, connecting us to ourselves, others, and the larger web of existence?
This 2-hour workshop, inspired by BKS Iyengar’s Sutra 1.17, traces a path from the outer form of asanas and pranayama to deeper layers of awareness, opening the gateway to the spiritual heart and a state of “Being.”
Purchase includes year-long access to the recording.
